1. Confidentiality of Research & Manuscripts

At JoBrains, we are absolutely committed to not sharing, publishing, or leaking any part of your research, data, or drafts to any third party not directly involved in the review, editing, or publication process. All files are treated with strict confidentiality and are subject to strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our entire team of translators, editors, and analysts.

2. Built-in Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Upon our receipt of any file or research draft from you, this is considered an automatic activation of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. No internal researcher or expert is permitted to keep local copies of your research after the requested service is completed.

3. Personal Data Collection & Usage

We only collect essential information (name, email, phone number, specific specialization, and research files) solely for the purpose of providing the academic service and communicating effectively with you throughout the publication journey. We never sell your data to any external marketing or research entity.

4. Advanced Security & Encryption (SSL)

We use advanced security protocols and high-level encryption technologies to protect your data from unauthorized access. All communications between your browser and our servers are fully encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer.

5. Data Retention

Your research files are retained on our secure servers only during the working period on the manuscript and until you receive final acceptance or the contract ends. The researcher has the right to request the immediate deletion of all their files from our databases at any time after receiving the service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights, research ideas, and patents (if any) remain fully owned by the original researcher. JoBrains's role is limited to academic and logistical consultation, and we claim no intellectual property rights or requirement to mention the institution's name in the published research.
