Terms & Conditions

The rules governing your use of JoBrains academic and consulting services.

1. Scope of Consulting Services

JoBrains provides comprehensive consulting and academic services, including researcher guidance, manuscript formatting, specialized academic translation, proofreading, and statistical analysis to facilitate scientific publication. The institution does NOT "buy" academic acceptances; rather, it manages the academic process with absolute integrity and professionalism in full compliance with research ethics.

2. Anti-Plagiarism Policy

At JoBrains, we reject any violations of scientific research ethics. If a high plagiarism rate is detected in the submitted research, the researcher will be notified immediately to make corrections. We bear no responsibility for any consequences arising from the submission of fabricated or plagiarized data by the researcher.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Financial payments are scheduled according to the pre-agreed contract (milestone-based payments). The researcher has the right to a full refund if the institution breaches any agreed-upon contract clauses, such as failing to submit the research within the specified timeframe or failing to meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

The researcher is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data, results, and ideas contained in their research. JoBrains's role is strictly limited to logistical support, statistical auditing, linguistic drafting, and alignment with the publication guidelines and templates of target journals.

5. Journal Rejection

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is the exclusive right of the scientific journal (Editor-in-Chief and Review Committee). If the research is rejected for purely scientific reasons (e.g., weak concept or flawed experiment), JoBrains will assist the researcher in reviewing the errors and guide them to another journal without charging new consulting fees for the resubmission process, subject to contract terms.
